There could potentially be a clog in the system, or a mechanical failure with the handle mechanism. This especially probable if the handle is on an extension cable. The cable can become disconnected and not actually open the valve when the handle is pulled.

Hi there, it is a bit more inconvenient, but you can grab the awning arms near the top and pull to unroll it. It helps to have two people to do this, one on each side. A ladder may also be helpful to you. Happy camping!

Hi Keith, We wanted to measure this TV for you, but this trailer has since sold from our lot. Coachmen does not seem to have the info handy, but our sales team seems to recall it is a 45" TV. Sorry we don't have more concrete information on this for you! Are you looking to replace a TV in your current unit? That is a great question! When you have a sewer drain at your site, you should keep your tank valves closed. Only use the sewer drain to empty the tanks when they are about 2/3 full to get the best draining action. When you leave your tank valves open all the time, the liquids drain from the tank, leaving solids behind to build up and clog your tank. If you are facing a clogged tank, close the valves, fill with water and toilet chemical and let it sit. Move the RV if possible to agitate the tank, then try to dump. You may need to try a more aggressive product such as Thetford Tank Blaster.

Great question! Most dump stations are designed for these inevitable accidents with a sloped concrete apron around the sewer opening. Just give it a good hose down with the provided non-potable water hose. If you are in an environment other than a dump station - same thing applies, wet the area down the best you can. Ideally the toilet chemical has done it's job to break everything down. If there are any TP remnants left, just use some gloves to pick up and dispose of it properly.

Hi Todd, Our parts team had a few suggestions of things you could try. They are not technicians, and without seeing it, it is hard to diagnose exactly, but they are happy to share their years of experience in hopes of helping. 1) Sometimes you need to give the awning a little extra tug out to loosen the pressure on the lever so it will go back into the rollback position. 2) Or, the ratchet mechanism might be damaged and need to be replaced. 3) Make sure the nut on the rafter arm is loose. Otherwise it won’t collapse back in when trying to roll it up. Best of luck and happy camping!

Great question - It depends on the dump station! Many municipalities have free public dump stations. Campground dump stations are typically included with your camping fee, but some have an additional nominal fee. You may find private dump stations charge a fee to help offset the cost of waste removal. It is best to read up on the area you will be staying to know before you arrive so there are no surprises.

Hi there, happy to help! It is important to give it a good "base" in the black tank to prevent buildup, and to allow the chemical to mix thoroughly. To accomplish this we suggest holding the toilet flush valve open for about 20- 30 seconds to let fresh water into your black tank.

Hi Trent, It depends on a few factors including how large the tanks are (some trailers even have tandem grey tanks), how many people are camping with you, how well they conserve water, etc. A solo camper or couple can typically get through a whole weekend of camping and "normal" water usage before dumping the tanks. Many times longer!

Hello Tim! It is not available with a traditional 2-way or 3-way RV fridge from the factory. This is the trend we are seeing from many of our manufacturers. While anything is possible to adapt here in our shop, we estimate this change could cost close to $20k. The larger Norcold or Dometic RV fridges (avail as 2-way only) are extremely expensive and there are additional costs to add the propane line as well as challenges associated with removing such a large residential fridge (perhaps removing a slide or window!) We'd be happy to discuss power requirements such as solar, inverter, etc based on your specific needs!
